Attempted Heaviest Squat in 63kg category 180kg Over the years i have progressed a lot and my real progress began when my Coach @kuldeepdagar07 agreed to bless me with his finest guidance i consider myself lucky enough that i am blessed with the best coach along with my main @kundu007 and teammates surely without any doubt i am one of the most dedicated, consistent and hardworking one and that is only why there is massive applaudable progress in my meets my first ever competition which i played under guidance of my coach my best no. In squat which i played an year ago was 128kg (unequipped) Current meet squat 180kg 128 180 = 52kg Might for others this doesn’t matter for me this means massive. To beat everyone and reach at top there is only one Golden Rule 1 coach undeniable undoubtable trust = SUCCESS Look at the calmness and smile over my face i have turned out to be the coolest competitors which is even strange for me 🥺
