Six months ago I heavily injured my back. I dislocated a disc in my spine and broke the cartilage. 😓Before that I started with gym again, going in for months and felt really amazing. 🤗Back injury also came a few days after I moved into my first flat alone. 🫠 Sooo yes, first time living alone, different country, when I though all I will do is work and create, life threw me something I really did not expect for at least 20 more years… 😅 After rehab, ton of treatments, massages, back stretches, muscle strengthenings.. here I am back in the gym, hoping there is only up to where I go from here 🙏🏼🫶🏼•@anniebuby ••• #backinjury #fit #backtogym #train #happy #healthy #fitness #gym
