One of my main focuses this year is to push myself in every aspect but especially within my training and try things that test me mentally and physically! I am not the best athletically I will hold my hands up but that’s something I want to work on improving my overall endurance level 🏃🏼♀️ here is a great circuit to help build muscle and burn fat! Spend the morning with me 💕🐶How my days have changed since Bentley! Early morning starts but I wouldn’t have it any other way, he is my motivation now.
