DISSS how happiiii I be when I have a good leg workout 😁🤩🥳😛 well well well would u LOOK AT THAT!!! yet another beautiful day to be alive ◡̈ something I never thought I would be able to do is take multiple days off from the gym (and be ok about it) (mentally). 6 months ago the mere thought of that would scare me. Before I was working out 5-6x a week and absolutely never considered letting myself rest for more than a day or two. I finally have gotten to a point where I can listen to my body and give it proper rest when needed. I remember the first time someone told me about “deload weeks” I said ur crazy no way I take A WEEK OFF FROM THE GYM LOL but I think this was my first workout since Saturday? Once a month recently I’ve been taking a few days off to rest and I truly… enjoy it?? Happy to have reached this point. Happy to be okay with just being lazy for a while and enjoying this life. I spent so many years in overdrive mode, never stopping for a break. This was also the first year I ate my birthday desert. smol little wins towards a balanced life. 💓 my insanely strict workout schedule + nutrition self is lightening up and I’m here for it. 💅🏻 Anyways enjoy this leg day love u - glute bridges 6x 10-15 - barbell RDL’s 3x10 - straight bar cable RDL 3x10 - barbell front squats 3x10 - dumbbell sumo squats 3x10 - good mornings 3x10 - step ups 3x as many as u can each leg (holding 20lb dumbbell) #legday #legworkout
