Link in bio - My thesis film Under This Luminous Sky is out now💫🌟✨⭐️ I feel like I’ve kept it kinda quiet haha, this film has basically been my life for the 8 months of my final semesters at Sheridan. I barely know what I made because I stared at it for too long, but I enjoyed the journey and I learned a lot! Thank you to @theinkwellandthearrow and @apollinares for voicing the characters, and thank you to @sebastianreuten and @studiocosmophone for the music and sound design respectively! The audio portion really defined the tone and colours and what the film is, so please turn the volume up! 🥹🪄👑 Special shout-out to @aquablue1992 who carried me through production management, tech problems, compositing problems, and also did additional animation, what the heck! Thank you to the lots of other people who helped as well, from story to animating to colouring to compositing, I could never have finished it alone. Learned about Salome when I was reading Kasane (manga), and then I went to read Oscar Wilde’s play, and then listened to Strauss’ opera… there’s something so enticing about this kind of stories…

Been developing the comic project #Catechism with a partner for a year now and it finally clicked in me that I should be making promo art 😇 You may have seen snippets of this story on my ig highlights or in my YouTube animatics. More promo art to come eventually, meanwhile there is a patreon (link in bio) for work in progress posts like sketches, dialogue tests, etc. Note: the patreon is for the comic project only and is shared between me and my project partner. Things relating to my illustrations on Instagram will not be on there, but one day I may create a separate patreon for those 😗
