Exactly a year ago I did my first international meet in Sweden 🇸🇪🥺 Since then I have added about 70lbs to my (gym) total! Progreth I never in my life thought I’d be able to compete in the IPF and share the platform with so many stwong athletes. These vids always remind me how far I’ve come and how much further I need to keep pushing myself in order to qualify next year. Every time I feel self doubt creepin in when I’m competing, I always sing to myself some wise words Ptaf said, “I’m a boss ass b*tch” 😤 and boom, nerves are gone. Try it, works every time. #scientificallyproven
Just bustin out my last set of art gainz😤 You know the drill, which ones your favorite? I been really working on my art a lot more and it’s honestly been a huge savor for me through this rough patch, something I look forward to everyday to express myself in ways words can’t. Art is amazing #emodrawingclub #ink
Twenty-four seven, three sixty-five, deadlifts gains on my mind 🎶 deadlift PR 365lbs @ 104 BW 🥳 so happy about this
LOVE YOURSELF YOU PIECE OF SH*T Easier said than done, but damn, it would feel so freeing and amazing. Self-love is such a powerful concept that encourages us to treat ourselves with compassion, kindness, and respect. It sounds simple, but it can be a such a challenging journey, especially for those who have been conditioned to prioritize others needs over our own. Unlearning bad habits and creating new ones is a crucial part of developing self-love that we all want to have. For many people, such as myself, negative self talk, perfectionism, and people pleasing behaviors have become ingrained in our thought patterns and daily routines. It can be difficult to break free from these patterns, even though we recognize they are harmful. In the start of my journey of unlearning these habits, we must first acknowledge that they exist and identify our triggers that activate them. And challenge our negative self-talk by replacing it with positive affirmations, even if we have to fake it if you don’t believe them. Creating new habits takes time, patience, and persistence. It’s important to remember that progress is not linear and that setbacks are normal and part of the process. Celebrate every small victory, no matter how insignificant it may seem. Self-love is a lot of work and takes a lot of time. And can be so freaking difficult some days. However, the rewards are immeasurable. When we learn to love and care for ourselves, we open ourselves up to a world of possibilities and experiences that we once closed of for ourselves. With it, we become more resilient, confident, and capable of achieving our goals and living our best lives that we dream for ourselves. I hope that one day I’ll be my number #1 cheerleader and not my #1 enemy and I hope that for you as well ❤️❤️❤️😇 love you all.
Some back and bicep action 😈 I felt strong 7’10 alpha male today Got a bench rep pr 145 x5 and 155x2 🥺 Wearing everyday bra @younglaforher releasing tomorrow And script joggers restocking soon! Code : RENA
Rep PR 345lbs x2 at 104bw🥳 I’m honestly really happy with this. It was more of a mental PR than anything. I haven’t been consistent this past month with the gym and just kind of fell out of love with it. I felt discouraged that the one thing that helped me mentally the most wasn’t really helping anymore. Today was the first time I actually really enjoyed myself in a while especially knowing that I can take a break and still jump back into it! The weights will always be there. It’s important to give yourself breaks from time to time so you don’t burn out and I’m glad I’m learning that. Time to be a little kinder to yourself 🥹 Wearing @younglaforher @youngla code RENA Supps @ghostlifestyle code RENA
If no one believes in you, I do. ❤️ #roadtorecovery
